Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or commonly known as ADHD, though affecting both kids and adults, is still frequently diagnosed in children. Individuals having ADHD are observed to have a problem with their attention span and hyperactivity, most especially children. Children normally daydream during class, seldom fail to remember to do their homework, act without thinking, or get restless everywhere. Various studies have been made and conducted with regard ADHD, its nature and characteristics that can be found in a child. Results show that the signs and symptoms that are frequenting are based whether on what characteristic is dominant. There are three common and major Symptoms Of Adhd. They are inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

There are also children diagnosed with this disorder that are just sitting quietly with the absence of their minds. Others are Hyperactive and impulsive, but then they are able to pay attention. For some, they put too much concentration on a certain task and have difficulty diverting it to other things which are more productive. There are also some who are a little inattentive, but extremely impulsive.

The inattentive symptoms that can be seen in children having this disorder are ignored most of the times because this may not cause trouble somehow. Having ADHD results in low academic performance in school, having a fight during a play with friends because of not following the set rules thus, won’t learn a lot in whatever they tend to study.

A number of Adhd Symptoms are already considered disruptive and improper for the child’s developmental level and there are certain causes and effects.

There are times when the child neither pay attention nor give a bit of focus when you try to talk directly at him. As a result, details and information of the instruction specified are ignored and taken for granted; hence, mistakes and inattentions happen in school, not following instructions on games and undone activities occur, not only in school but also at home. They also avoid or refuse to do things that require a lot of thinking for a long period of time, examples of this are doing their school works or tasks at home which include mental effort. Children will then have a difficulty in organizing things on their own. They can be easily distracted and often do not follow what is being asked of them. With regard to this matter, there are high level of possibilities of failure at school, laziness and inefficiency in doing chores, and even having a hard time in making friends. Forgetfulness in daily activities is also manifested. They often lost things that are necessary to them and those that are needed for them to do their obligations and responsibilities.

Hyperactivity commonly appears to those diagnosed With Adhd. This can also be disturbing and troublesome and can make them ineffective in their developmental stage. They can’t stay in one place, be uneasy with hands or feet, and have a difficulty on staying in their seat. They are restless that they perform things like climbing the trees and running through the field as if they never get tired. They can’t do activities quietly, they usually have dilemma with it. They also participate extremely or talk excessively that sometimes they utter answers before the question have been finished. They even disrupt to the conversations of others. They are impatient. They can’t wait for their turn that at times results into a fight. The latter actions are the result of their hyperactivity.

These are the possible signs and symptoms to watch out on your child that you’re suspecting to have ADHD.
